Responsibilities
- Prepare espresso beverages, coffee, tea and specialty drinks according to our recipes
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service
- Operate the point-of-sale system and process payments
- Maintain a clean and organized environment
- Restock supplies and ingredients throughout shifts
- Assist with food preparation and presentation
- Follow recipes and standard consistently
- Help create a welcoming atmosphere for every guest
Must Have
- Positive attitude
- Dependable transportation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Willingness to learn and accept feedback
- Availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
- Ability to obtain a Harrison County Food Handler’s Card upon hire
Nice to have
- Previous coffee experience
- Barista experience
- Cash handling experience
- Restaurant, café, or food service experience
- Knowledge of coffee and brewing methods

Compensation
Starting pay begins at $10.00 per hour and may be higher based on experience, availability, references, and overall qualifications.
In addition to hourly pay, baristas participate in tip sharing, which can significantly increase earnings.
Performance, reliability, and leadership development are considered when evaluating future raises and advancement opportunities.
